She has inspired many and as she continues to find ways to bring her vision to the completion of the Healing House in Haiti (Maison de Restoration) and the H.O.P.E Center here in GA. Having the men in the conversation is one of the strategies to influence change. She has earned the respect of many and vows to break the cycle of poverty and violence through education.

 

New Haiti nominated her “Woman Of Distinction”. Awarded in appreciation for putting two fundraiser concerts together in order to raise funds for the organization in charge of the refugees from the Earthquake of Haiti in 2010. In 2012, she received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Haitians earthquake survivors.

 

The organization International Women of H.O.P.E. received an award by the CEOs of the ASEBED Hospital for their time, dedication, and their work toward the inauguration of the ASEBED Hospital. Along with the members of International Women of H.O.P.E, she received a nomination for the Roselyn S. Jaffe Awards.

 

We recently received The Notable Georgia Award by the House Representative Erica Thomas of the State of Georgia for our service to the state.

Rosebrune Vixamar is the President of International Women of H.O.P.E. She is a woman with a big vision in the causes of women empowerment. Her stance on domestic, sexual assault, and her inspirational strategies to the fight to eliminate violence in the families, communities and society is a call. In Haiti, she has been helping women by creating opportunities that help them to rise up to be productive and get their dignity back. She knows about the scars of sexual abuse and wants to stand for the young women and women by giving a voice to violence of any forms toward women.

She is a true ambassador of love by creating this organization and bring alongside Agents of H.O.P.E who also believe in the call. A team of people sharing the similar views, in the journey impacting their world and making a difference in the lives of many; one woman at a time.

Wallis Etienne
Vice President

Wallis Etienne is a business development consultant, with over eight years working in the nonprofit sector. Her passion to help others cultivated as a child, whose parents were community leaders. Etienne served as the Grants Manager for Young People Matter (YPM) in Atlanta, Georgia, which has been awarded a half a million dollar grant in funding, to operate an emergency shelter for homeless and runaway youths. Prior joining YPM, she worked as a Grants & Contract Analyst for the Salvation Army Southern Territory Headquarters.

 

Etienne has managed over $100 Million dollars of federal and private contracts; and helped maintain contract compliancy. In 2018, she served as a consultant to International Women of Hope (IWOH), and became the IWOH Vice-President in July 2020.  She attended Strayer University for a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a minor focus on Federal Acquisition and Contract Management. Ms. Etienne continues to work as a business consultant working locally and internationally.

Cassandre Jean-Louis
Co-Founder/Advisory Board Chair Woman

Marie Cassandre Roche is the Co-Founder of International Women of H.O.P.E. an organization that stands against all forms of violence towards women and human trafficking, bringing Healing, Opportunity, Purpose and Empowerment (H.O.P.E) to women from all walks of life, here in the United states and in Haiti.

 

  She is the CEO of MCM Success Club LLC, a premier public relations firm offering her talents as host, public speaker, moderator and ambassador. Marie Cassandre is a philanthropist and an activist, she volunteers for numerous organizations and takes an active role in her community. She is a former Advisory Board Member of H.A.N.A of Georgia Chapter and a founding member of the Georgia Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce. She was the community Relations Director of Sosyete Koukouy of Atlanta. She is the lead administrator of an online social community center: Haitians Living in Atlanta, a group of over 12 thousand members, with a goal to connect, support and grow as a thriving community in Georgia.  She received the Public Servant of the year award in 2014. She was the recipient of the 2016 Woman on Fire Award in Atlanta. She has also received the Atlanta Caribbean Community Award in 2024 on behalf of the organization. She has helped many and through her partnership with several organizations, has helped raise awareness and funds for community projects locally and around the world.  Cassandre spearheads several programs at International Women of H.O.P.E; A once a month food pantry distribution and BAGS OF H.O.P.E servicing multiple women's shelters in the metro Atlanta area.  She is a proud mother of 2 beautiful children Nicolai and Isabelle and a loving wife and partner to her husband Michel Roche Jr Her welcoming smile and her community spirit is her trademark. She is an AGENT OF H.O.P.E

Esther Nuckles

Esther Nuckles, a Georgia native and longtime Minnesota resident of 37 years, is a dedicated leader and advocate for community engagement.

 

She attended Knoxville College and Concordia College before briefly teaching at Wilder Child Guidance in Minnesota. Her career with the Metropolitan Transit Commission led her to create and serve as the Community Outreach Coordinator, fostering meaningful partnerships between the transit company and the community.

A passionate mentor, Esther is committed to empowering women of all ages to embrace leadership roles. She is devoted to sharing how God’s guidance shapes her journey and inspires others to walk in their purpose.

She currently serves as a faithful Spiritual Leader with International Women of H.O.P.E.

Kathy Turley
Treasurer

Kathy Turley is a devoted wife, mother of two, and proud grandmother of three.

 

She began her career as a bookkeeper in an accounting office after college when opportunities in her chosen field of Family and Consumer Science were limited. Her passion for education led her to pursue a Master's Degree, and she dedicated 28 years to shaping young minds as an educator.

Now serving as the bookkeeper for International Women of H.O.P.E., Kathy remains committed to empowering women. Through her work with the organization, she helps provide training and counseling opportunities that support women in transforming their lives for the better.

Marie Flore St. Fleur
 Advisory Board Member

Flore, a sales and operations executive, hails from Haiti and journeyed to Long Island, NY at

16. Her dedication led to a nine-year service in the U.S. Army Officer Corps, followed by a successful pharmaceutical career at Merck and Johnson & Johnson.

 

A desire to learn about technology and its impact steered her into the tech sector at IBM, where she achieved accolades as a client executive. Flore's tech journey led to Microsoft Solutions Sales, where she excelled and became the Sales Director for Data and AI in the Southeast region.

 

She continued her impactful career at Amazon Web Services and Google, playing a pivotal role in establishing their enterprise business.

 

In 2023, Flore assumed the role of Sales and Operations Executive at Avanade. A mother of three, she resides in Georgia, enjoying hiking, dancing, and travel. Flore's interests extend to financial literacy and non-profit support for women in STEM, veterans, and her homeland, Haiti, guided by her motto: "live, love, and give back."

Judith Delus Montgomery
Board Advisor

Judith Delus Montgomery serves as an Advisor with International Women of H.O.P.E. A Caribbean-American attorney based in Georgia, she specializes in family law and immigration and frequently teaches continuing legal education courses statewide.

 

​

A former Administrative Law Judge with the Georgia Department of Labor, she holds a B.S. in Political Science and Education from Florida State University and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Judith is also a published author, with two books:  Divorce with Kids: A Practical Guide – Achieving the Best Outcome for You and Through the Eyes of an Immigration Attorney: Finding Freedom from Divorce While Maintaining Your Immigration Status, becoming an Amazon #1 bestseller in the divorce category. Passionate about community service, she actively supports charities focused on domestic violence survivors, children’s rights, and animal welfare in the Atlanta Metro Area.

DONNA MCLEOD

Donna McLeod is a dedicated leader, advocate, and advisor for International Women of H.O.P.E. She previously served as State Representative for Georgia’s District 105 (Gwinnett County), earning endorsements from President Barack Obama and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder for her commitment to public service.

Ms. McLeod is the co-founder of C.A.N.I, Inc. (Community Action Network Initiatives), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering individuals about their civic and societal rights and responsibilities.

A Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management and Engineering, she is the President and CEO of Enviroqual, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance for medical devices, food, plastics, and pharmaceuticals. Driven by an unwavering passion for community engagement and education, she remains committed to empowering and uplifting others.

Lovinsky Fils-Aime
Media Manager

Lovinsky Fils-Aimé est un leader haïtien polyvalent : travailleur social, juriste, formateur en leadership, photographe, designer et activiste climatique. Il est animé par une volonté profonde de bâtir une société haïtienne plus juste, inclusive et durable, en mettant la jeunesse, l’environnement et l’éducation au cœur de ses engagements.

 

Originaire de la Grande-Rivière-du-Nord, il représente brillamment une génération d’acteurs du changement ancrés dans leurs réalités locales tout en ayant une vision globale. Il occupe actuellement le poste de Media Manager de l’organisation internationale International Women of H.O.P.E., où il est chargé de la stratégie de communication, de la gestion des médias et de la valorisation des actions de l’organisation en faveur de l’autonomisation des femmes et de la justice sociale.

Sur le plan national, Lovinsky est directeur du secteur Environnement et Agriculture du Groupe des Patriotes Haïtiens (GPH) et directeur de l’Environnement chez Fair World Builders, où il développe des projets en lien avec la résilience climatique, l’agriculture durable et la sensibilisation écologique.

Depuis 2017, il est responsable de programme et projet à l’Association des Jeunes Avisés pour le Progrès en Haïti (AJAPH). À ce titre, il dirige de nombreuses initiatives touchant à la jeunesse, la paix, la citoyenneté active et l’environnement. Son expertise l’a amené à intervenir comme conférencier lors de forums nationaux et internationaux, notamment la COY (Conference of Youth) et les ateliers UNESCO sur le climat et les ODD.

Il est également actif dans des programmes de mentorat scolaire, d’accompagnement psychosocial et de développement personnel pour les élèves. En tant que photographe engagé, artiste, et communicateur visuel, il met ses talents au service de causes communautaires et éducatives. Il est reconnu pour sa créativité et son leadership, et a été classé parmi les jeunes les plus influents de l’Université d’État d’Haïti, où il a représenté le Campus Henry Christophe de Limonade dans divers concours et initiatives comme EPIC Haiti.

Lovinsky est convaincu que chaque jeune peut devenir acteur de changement s’il est bien formé et accompagné. Sa vie est guidée par une devise puissante :
« Tout est possible, il suffit de travailler pour trouver la réponse. »
